The Board

The Afro Swiss Families Board is a voluntary, unpaid leadership group of parents and caregivers raising Afro-European children in Switzerland. All members are actively engaged in the community and help shape the organisation’s strategic direction and growth, ensuring it remains rooted in its mission to create a space where Afro-European families, allies, and supporters can connect, celebrate, learn, play, and reflect. Board members contribute their time, skills, and lived experiences to strengthen the community, support monthly Meet & Play gatherings, lead Parents & Caregivers workshops, and work toward the long-term sustainability of Afro Swiss Families.
