Join us for a cozy, creative afternoon at our Weaving Party at GZ Loogarten! Children and parents are invited to explore the art of simple weaving together, using colourful textures and materials. Whether you’re trying weaving for the first time or already love working with threads and patterns, this relaxed session offers a welcoming space to learn, create, and connect as a family.

We’ll provide all the materials you need, including:
• Cardboard looms
• Wool in a variety of colours and textures
• Ribbons for extra flair
• Plastic needles safe for little hands

Families will have the chance to experiment with patterns, mix colours, and create their own woven pieces to take home. This hands-on activity encourages creativity, collaboration, and fine motor skills, making it a meaningful shared experience for children and caregivers. A play area will also be available for more active little ones.

Light snacks and drinks will be available throughout the session. We’re looking forward to a warm, colourful afternoon of weaving, making, and community.
