Calling all families and little warriors! Join us for our very first Afro Swiss Families Jiu-Jitsu Workshop, led by Piotr Stolarz — an Afro Swiss Families parent, dedicated martial artist, and purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Piotr will guide participants through fun, interactive Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals suitable for kids and families of all levels.

Whether you're brand new to martial arts or simply curious to try something active and empowering, this workshop is open to everyone. Get ready to roll, move, and explore techniques in a playful, confidence-building environment.

Piotr is a Swiss Jiu-Jitsu athlete who has competed on the Abu Dhabi Jiu Jitsu Pro circuit and trains at Carlson Gracie Zurich, bringing both skill and passion to our community.
